The whole can of worms that Loretta Lynch opened up for herself is her own fault and nobody else’s. Any time someone tries to rope you into a criminal enterprise you always have the ability to say no. It’s no secret that she was part of the orchestrated plot to try to keep Donald Trump from assuming his rightful place as President.
The nightmare scenario for the criminal Obama regime is beginning to unfold thanks to the Senate Judiciary Committee which is probing the conduct of former Attorney General Loretta Lynch. The sleazy Lynch had somehow managed to slither away from obstruction of justice charges after she met privately with Bill Clinton on an airplane in Phoenix last summer.
That was before her subordinate, former FBI Director James “Showboat’ Comey fingered her during his much-hyped testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee earlier this month. But once Comey sang his song that Lynch had instructed him to refer to the criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails as a “matter” that gave him pause as to his boss’s veracity, it was bound to open a can of worms.
That can of worms may very well end up with Ms. Lynch being sent to the iron bar hotel, at least according to Fox News host Judge Andrew Napolitano.
Judge Napolitano on Monday suggested that if Lynch was found to be colluding with the Democratic Party to grease the skids for Hillary that she could be in very serious trouble.
The Daily Wire reports “Napolitano: Loretta Lynch Could Face 5-10 Years In Jail”: Former FBI Director James Comey went to the Senate earlier this month to testify about Russia colluding with President Trump during the 2016 election.
Comey said Lynch’s request “gave the impression the attorney general was looking to align the way we talked about our investigation with the way a political campaign was describing the same activity.”
Judge Andrew Napolitano, a legal expert for Fox News, said Monday that Comey’s testimony could be highly damaging and could land Lynch in jail for up to 10 years.
“I would actually extend it one step farther. There is enough evidence here, just on the basis of the little snippets given to the Senate Intelligence Committee by former FBI Director Jim Comey, that Mrs. Lynch was either conflicted or working at odds with the Justice Department and in behalf of Mrs. Clinton’s campaign and the DNC when she told them to use different terminology for the investigation,” he said.
This “terminology may be indicative of a mindset on the part of Attorney General Lynch that she was going to do whatever she could to prevent Mrs. Clinton from getting indicted,” Napolitano said.
